We pride ourselves on tailor-made precision. Customized modular systems (such as kitchen cabinetry, custom carcasses, or bespoke fitted wardrobe shutters) are engineered specifically for your home dimensions and are not eligible for returns or general exchanges.
Standardized loose furniture items or decor pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they remain completely unused, in their original packaging, and with their product tags intact.
In case of transit damages or unexpected structural warping identified upon delivery, we provide direct component exchanges. Damages must be logged on our customer dashboard within 48 hours of installation, supported by high-quality photographs, to enable immediate replacements.
Authorized refunds for standard loose items or cancellations undergo rigorous audits and are returned back-to-source. Processed funds take between 7 to 10 working bank days to reflect in your ledger. In case of custom exclusions, we may issue store credit codes redeemable against loose furniture catalogs.
We respect your time. If the technical installation of your modular systems exceeds our guaranteed 45-day SLA timeline, Khaka Interior will pay a progressive monetary penalty.
Our Pledge: We pay ₹1,000 for each day of delay past the locked project deadline, deducted directly from your outstanding final milestone balance.
