By browsing this website or engaging our professional interior design team, you agree to comply with and be bound by these legal terms in full. If you disagree with any portion of these regulations, please suspend your use of our services immediately.

Important Reminder: The design schemas, factory operations, and installation processes remain subject to custom engineering calculations to align structural parameters with safety clearances.

2. Definitions & Interpretation

Within this document, the following definitions shall apply in full:

"The Company", "Khaka Interior", "We", "Us": Represents the interior design firm registered at Ludhiana.
"Client", "User", "You": Refers to any homeowner, commercial candidate, or browser visiting our site or requesting design quotes.
"Design Agreement": The custom signed physical contract detailing the specific scope of work, material choices, and dynamic payment stages.
"Handover": The day all factory pieces are locked and clean site clearance is delivered to the homeowner.

3. Eligibility to Use Our Services

Our design consultations, factory-made wardrobes, and modular kitchen products are intended primarily for residential and light commercial sites in India (including Punjab, Chandigarh, Haryana, and Delhi/NCR).

To request home surveys, sign design contracts, or apply for franchise tiers, you must satisfy the following:

Be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding residential service agreements.
Own the target property or possess written authority from the property owner to proceed with civil work or modular installations.
Declare honest, accurate financial ranges regarding your structural budget to guide our design planners effectively.

4. Account Registration & Privacy

While basic visual galleries are open for public browsing, certain advanced resources (like project tracking dashboards or CRM blogs administrative panels) require credential access.

You agree to handle all security passwords confidentially. Khaka Interior maintains a rigorous privacy standard detailed in our global data policies. We will never share your personal contact credentials or home layouts with third-party advertising companies.

5. Our Professional Service Scope

Khaka Interior specializes in state-of-the-art residential and modular transformations, including custom-crafted kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, civil layout alterations, electrical routing, plumbing modifications, and painting.

However, we do NOT handle structural building construction or load-bearing columns. All designs remain bounded by the dimensions specified during site verification visits. Any custom civil request initiated by the client outside the signed Design Agreement will trigger additional material scheduling quotes.
