1. Accepted Payment Methods

We facilitate multiple secure paths for booking payments. Acceptable methods include net banking, credit/debit card portals, bank drafts, and registered digital wallets. We operate with zero-cash compliance for all project values above basic onboarding levels.

2. Transaction Security Guarantee

All online payments are encrypted through industrial-grade SSL protocols. We partner with India's leading secure banking gateways (Razorpay, HDFC PG) to shield transaction details and keep financial credentials confidential.

Transparency Focus: Real-time dynamic payment receipts and ledger updates are pushed to your registered client email as soon as the bank settles a credit.

3. Transaction Failure Handling

In case of gateway timeouts or failures where funds are debited from the customer's account but not received in our system, our backend support acts within 24 working hours to coordinate bank confirmations and establish secure credit allocations.

4. Payment Terms for a Project

We break down project payment terms to align with production milestones. This ensures that you pay strictly in stages as actual engineering work takes place.

5% Booking Deposit: Secures your designer allocation and initial layout moodboards.
45% Execution Lock: Triggers technical blueprints lock and robotic factory material sourcing.
50% Final Release: Triggers delivery from our central plant and starts onsite cam-locking.

5. Execution-Stage Payment Structure

Upon factory dispatch, the outstanding 50% must be fully cleared. No cargo moves to residential sites until full payment registers on our systems. Additional variations or onsite design revisions requested by the client are billed separately as separate variations under standard invoice timelines.
