The **Scope of Work** (SOW) defines the boundary of all structural, modular, and visual services provided to you by Khaka Interior. This SOW is generated uniquely for your site and details the precise quantity of modular carcasses, finish styles, lighting specs, plumbing alterations, and civil dimensions.
Any additions or variations to the SOW initiated by the client during project execution must be documented in a written addendum and may impact the project delivery timelines and cost parameters.
Note: Khaka Interior holds zero liability for structural defects present in the core building framework before our arrival (e.g. wall fractures, foundation shifting, pre-existing water logging inside brick walls).
We work on a clear, stage-wise payment schedule to keep your project fully funded and moving without delay:
A beautiful home transformation is a two-way street. Let's look at the key duties:
Khaka Interior commits to completing all modular cabinet installations within a strict **45-day window**. This timeline commences immediately upon the completion of three parameters:
If Khaka Interior fails to deliver modular installations within the 45-day window due to reasons solely within our control (e.g. factory delay or logistics issues), we will compensate the client. The delay penalty details will be pre-agreed in writing in your physical contract agreement.
Conversely, delays caused by client obligations (e.g. water suspension, lack of association permits, or unpaid stage milestones) will result in a temporary suspension of the 45-day countdown.
