To request a cancellation, the primary account holder must submit an official cancellation ticket through the CRM dashboard or email us directly at hello@khakainterior.com using their registered contact address.
Processing Note: Phone calls or chat-based requests are not registered as official cancellation logs until ticket verification takes place.
Once your cancellation ticket registers on our dashboard and undergoes audit approval, our billing desk triggers the refund back to the source account. The settlement is cleared within 7 to 10 working days, depending on bank processing timelines.
