Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window & Conditions

We provide a cancellation grace period to our customers. A project can be cancelled freely within 48 hours of releasing the initial 5% booking deposit. Once our creative design team initiates moodboards or drafts floor layouts, cancellation transitions under standard design fees structures.

2. Stage-Wise Cancellation Charges

Since our custom spaces undergo precision engineering, cancellation charges scale based on project stage progression:

  • Within 48 hours of Booking: 100% refund of the booking amount.
  • Post-48 hours (Before 3D lock): Deductions of actual designer hours spent, capped at ₹15,000.
  • After 3D Render Signoff / 45% Payment Lock: Non-refundable stage. Factory cutting schedules are locked robotic operations; materials are custom-sliced and cannot be returned or cancelled.

3. How to Raise a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, the primary account holder must submit an official cancellation ticket through the CRM dashboard or email us directly at hello@khakainterior.com using their registered contact address.

Processing Note: Phone calls or chat-based requests are not registered as official cancellation logs until ticket verification takes place.

4. Refund Timeline After Cancellation

Once your cancellation ticket registers on our dashboard and undergoes audit approval, our billing desk triggers the refund back to the source account. The settlement is cleared within 7 to 10 working days, depending on bank processing timelines.
