We coordinate competitive B2B wholesale pricing matrices. Registered resellers receive a structured base discount of up to 35% on standard factory catalogs, allowing substantial local retail pricing flexibility and margin optimizations.

Growth Matrix: High-volume wholesale tiers trigger incremental quarterly rebate credits directly back to the B2B reseller account.

3. Invoice and Payment Structure

B2B orders operate under upfront deposit systems. Resellers pay 50% advance to initiate robotic CNC panel cutting schedules. The remaining 50% must be fully settled prior to dispatch from our central logistics yard. No credit cycles are offered without active bank guarantees.

4. Tax Obligations

All wholesale billing occurs strictly under compliance with GST regulations (standard 18% slab rules for modular woodwork). Resellers must supply active, valid GSTIN numbers to utilize Input Tax Credit (ITC) benefits securely.

5. Roles & Responsibilities
