The program runs on rolling promotional structures. Khaka Interior reserves the exclusive right to alter reward percentages, modify minimum booking requirements, or pause campaign structures at any point, providing written email notifications to active referrers.
Referral payouts scale directly with the referee's signed modular project value:
Disbursals undergo audited validations. Referral payouts are triggered to your registered bank account within 15 days of the referee clearing their second project milestone payment (the 45% production lock balance).
Direct Credit: Payouts are made via direct IMPS or NEFT bank transfers, accompanied by digital statement receipts.
Self-referrals (referring your own secondary residential properties), duplicate lead submissions already present on our active sales dashboards, or leads registered past their initial consultation appointments do not qualify for referral credits.
