During booking, we collect basic details regarding your floor layout, location (e.g. Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Amritsar), and structural type (2BHK, 3BHK, modular kitchen, full home renovation). This helps us pair you with a dedicated interior designer representing your aesthetic preference.

2. Your First Design Appointment

Your first appointment represents a creative brainstorm. Your space planner will walk you through our extensive collections of laminates, acrylics, modular hardware accessories, and lighting types. During this session:

• Conceptual Moodboard: We align color schemes and layout configurations matching your lifestyle (e.g. heavy-cooking kitchen needs, elders accessibility, kids study hubs).
• Budget Scheduling: We coordinate custom layout designs precisely matching your financial comfort zones, prioritizing key materials.
• Site Survey Booking: Our technical crew sets a date to capture physical site dimensions using specialized digital laser levels.

3. What to Expect at Every Stage

We believe in absolute transparency. Your project will progress through 5 straightforward factory-backed milestones:

• Milestone 1 — Design Discovery: Sharing floor blueprints, selecting finishes, locking layout schemas, and booking the project (5% payment).
• Milestone 2 — 3D Render & Technical Signoff: Reviewing photorealistic 3D visual models and signing off structural blueprints (45% payment).
• Milestone 3 — Automated Factory Sizing: Robotic CNC cutting and polyurethane edge welding occurring at our centralized plant.
• Milestone 4 — Dust-free Assembly: Fast, clean cam-locking of pre-drilled cabinets onsite within 45 days of technical lock.
• Milestone 5 — Handover: Handing over keys, detailing care guides, and triggering your 10-year lifetime protection warranty (50% payment).

4. Communication & Project Updates

No more guessing games. You will be assigned a dedicated Project Operations Manager who acts as your single point of contact. You will receive routine updates containing digital site photos as milestones are completed, keeping you in complete alignment.
