1. What is Covered Under Warranty

This warranty shields all certified third-party OEM hardware accessories loaded into your modular setup. This covers soft-close drawer slide channels, double-wall metal drawers, hydraulic cabinet hinges, bi-fold gas-spring lifts, and modular corner units.

2. Warranty Applicability

OEM partner warranties apply only when the products are integrated by our certified technicians and operated under normal domestic conditions. Mechanical alterations, heavy chemical cleansers, or physical overloading void active coverage.

OEM Guarantee: Partner brands like Hettich, Blum, and Hafele carry separate product certifications ranging up to lifetime operational cycles.

3. Sole and Exclusive Remedy

If an OEM component suffers standard mechanical failures during its coverage term, our sole remedy consists of free repair alignments or direct replacement of the defective mechanism. Our technical desk schedules parts shipments immediately upon validation.

4. Categories of Service Work

Operational claims scale under three major service levels:

Class A Mechanicals: Slide-on soft-close drawer runners and high-impact structural hydraulic lifts.
Class B Organizers: Pull-out steel storage wire baskets, spice pull-outs, and tall unit fittings.
Class C Profiles: Cabinet LED sensor lighting strips, handle profiles, and decorative skirting wraps.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from cabinet misuse, water leakage from municipal pipes, or force majeure events. Our maximum liability under all terms is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the specific hardware component.
